Yes, if you are a haemophiliac or pregnant.

However, that being said, it is strongly advised that you inform your tattoo artist of ANY medical conditions that you may have such as diabetes or epilepsy in case of an emergency and certainly if you are HIV+.

Also if you have any allergies, you should notify the artist who can always do a “patch test” on you with the colours needed for your design, prior to starting on the actual tattoo.
